　　小作文：流程图

　　大作文：Some countries spend a lot of money in making it easier to use bicycles in cities. Why is this the case? Is this the best way to solve traffic problems?

　　Task 1：流程图

　　注意：

　　1. 本题为流程图，较难，是关于太阳能板，对比给水加热和给空气加热的异同。考生们在写overview的时候可以给出整体对比后两者之间存在的相似或者差异之处，再去做详细描述，务必要确保明确的分段思路。

　　2. 流程图在写的时候务必注意要给出一般现在时的被动语态。另外，在这个基础上尽量补充时间连接词，长难句尤其是状语从句，

　　3. 要注意在表达时尽量多补充步骤中的细节

　　相关表达：

　　The whole process can be divided into…main stages/consecutive steps.

　　At first, the whole process starts from…

　　Then, Next, Later, After that, Following this

　　In the following stage/step,…

　　Finally, Ultimately, Eventually

　　Task 2 ：交通类/社会政府类话题

　　题目翻译：一些国家花了较多的钱在让人们在城市里骑行变得更简单上。你认为是为什么?这是最好的解决交通问题的办法吗?

　　从话题上来说，属于交通类话题，比较简单的话题，难度并不算大。在审题和思考观点的过程中，要注意有两个问题，另外，题中有非常明显的绝对词best,要凸显出是否是最好的，还有没有其他方法。

　　从类型上来说，后半段也可以从同意与否的答法来写，正文的两个问题均需要完整作答;段落之间要注意有效的逻辑过渡

　　参考写法：

　　第一段：题目改写+reason+not the best way

　　第二段：的确，有以下几个原因造成这个现象。

　　第三段：一方面，确实解决了部分交通问题。但另一方面来说，不是最好的办法。

　　第四段：重申自己的态度(同样重要)。

　　题目思路：

　　主体段 1: There are several reasons why governments choose to take this action. Firstly, for the purpose of relieving/easing the traffic pressure, especially in some roads with heavy traffic during rush hour. Secondly, promote the universal health and green travel(environmentally-friendly mode)

　　主体段 2：On one hand, it can solve traffic problems to a certain extent. In some areas with appalling road conditions or downtown areas, this could be effective. What is more, government spending money in advertising/propagandizing the importance and joy about riding, so some citizens might be encouraged to ride bikes occasionally.

　　主体段 3：On the other hand, this is not the best way to solve problems. To start with, the number of people who enjoying riding is minor, inadequate to affect the traffic. OR with the number of people and bicycles increasing on the road, more serious traffic congestion might happen. Secondly, there are many other reasons leading to traffic problems (disrepair of old roads/ pedestrians disobey traffic rules/less developed public transport system and so on) , cannot be merely solved by this policy.
