　　简介：线图显示了2011年6个月内某城市旅游信息办公室收到的咨询数量。

　　总体变化趋势：亲自到访总数最高，增长最快。电话咨询数量也较高，写信/邮件数量明显减少，总量最低。

　　细节数据分析：年初亲自到访数量是最少的，大约在400左右，三月中后赶超了信件/邮件咨询数量。六月，约2000人都来线下询问了。信件邮件四月起激增，六月达到1600人。电话咨询人数缓慢下降，五月达到最低点，月380人左右。
